Prior to founding OneIM, he was CEO of SoftBank Investment Advisers, where he managed SoftBank’s Vision Funds and held senior roles at SoftBank Group Corp.

Before joining SoftBank in 2014, he was a Senior Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group and previously served as Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities at UBS. He also held leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, where he built a global fixed-income business and played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence in emerging markets.

Mr. Misra holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, along with an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Prior to founding OneIM, he was Managing Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where he established and led the SoftBank Vision Fund’s operations in EMEA.

Before joining SoftBank in 2019, he spent almost two decades at Deutsche Bank in London and New York, where he was most recently Global Head of Fixed Income and Currencies. He previously led Deutsche Bank’s Global Credit Trading business and held several senior leadership roles, including Head of the Institutional Client Group and Global Head of Credit Structuring.

Mr. Pipilis holds an MSc in Finance and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor of Engineering from University College London.

Prior to founding OneIM, he was Managing Partner (Americas and India) at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where he led the Vision Fund’s fintech investments and established SoftBank’s presence in India.

Before joining SoftBank in 2017, he spent over a decade at Deutsche Bank, where he held senior roles across global markets and asset management, focusing on credit and structured solutions. He also held leadership positions at Nomura. Mr. Varma has extensive experience leading cross-border teams, executing complex transactions, and working at the intersection of consumer behavior and financial services.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Mangalore University and an MBA from Cornell University.

He was previously a Partner at Centricus and has over 30 years of experience in finance. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan, where he was Global Head of Structured Credit, Head of Derivatives Structuring and Marketing, and Co-Head of Sales for EMEA. He was also Global Co-Head of Principal Finance at Deutsche Bank and Co-Founder of Infravia, a European infrastructure private equity fund. Mr. Des Pallieres holds a degree from ESSEC in Paris.

He was previously a Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers in the Debt Capital Markets group. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs both in Tokyo and London, where he spent over a decade. He held leadership roles as Head of Japan Structuring and Head of Credit and Alternative Sales in Japan. Before that, he was in the Asia Special Situations Group. Mr. Isono holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tokyo.

He was previously a Senior Managing Director at Varagon Capital Partners and held leadership roles at American Capital’s Sponsor Finance group, The Carlyle Group’s Private Credit team, and Lightyear Capital, focusing on private credit and private equity investments. He began his career in investment banking at UBS. Mr. Kwon holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

He was previously a Managing Director at Farallon Capital, where he spent over a decade. Prior to that, he worked as an equity analyst at Aedos Advisers, and as an investment banking associate at Goldman Sachs in London. Mr. Lopez-Garrastazu Torrens holds an M.S. in Management and Finance from ICADE in Spain.

He has over 17 years of experience investing in global real estate. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management, focusing on opportunistic credit and equity. He also held leadership roles at Blackstone and Deutsche Bank’s real estate special situations team in London and New York. Mr. Mackenzie graduated, cum laude, from the College of Arts and Sciences and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He was previously the Founder of Balliol Road Investments, where he managed Macro RV and Digital Assets funds. Before that, he was a Portfolio Manager at Numen Capital, focusing on Macro Credit and Financials, and European Head of IG Credit Trading at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Paschopoulos holds an MEng in Engineering, Economics, and Management from the University of Oxford, and MSc degrees in Finance and Sustainable Energy from Imperial College.

He was previously Head of Business Development for Private Debt and Credit Alternatives at Schroders. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Alcentra, where he focused on credit strategies. He also spent nearly a decade at PIMCO, holding senior roles across business development and client solutions. Mr. Pont holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Exeter.

He was previously a Managing Director at KKR in the Strategic Investments Group. Before that, he held investment roles at Venor Capital Management, Centerbridge Partners, and The Blackstone Group. Mr. Ross holds a B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Previously Head of Real Estate at Silver Point Capital. Prior roles at Perry Capital and Capital Trust, focusing on commercial real estate. Holds a B.S. in Economics from Wharton, with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.

He was previously Chief Risk Officer of the SoftBank Vision Fund and held senior risk leadership roles at Athene Holding, UBS Investment Bank, and Morgan Stanley, where he served on the firm’s Management and Executive Committees. Mr. Daula holds a B.S. from USMA and a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT.

He was previously General Counsel at SB Management LP, an affiliate of SoftBank Group Corp., and served as General Counsel at Icahn Enterprises LP for over 15 years. He began his legal career at Latham & Watkins. Mr. Langham holds a B.A. from Whitman College and a J.D. from the University of Washington.

He was previously Head of European Compliance for the Investcorp Group and held Head of Compliance roles at Pinebridge Investments Europe, NewSmith Asset Management, and Millennium Capital Partners. Mr. Lay holds a B.A. from Boston College and a Postgraduate Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance from the International Compliance Association.

He was previously Vice Chairman at Bank of America Securities Japan. Prior to that, he spent nearly four decades at The Industrial Bank of Japan (now Mizuho Bank), where he held a range of leadership roles including Head of the Singapore branch, Executive Officer in charge of sales, and later Deputy President and Executive Vice President at Mizuho Financial Group. He also served as Chairman of the Board at Mizuho Securities. Throughout his career, he has led key relationships with clients including SoftBank Group and PayPay. Mr. Nakamura holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Tokyo.

He holds a CPA with over 30 years of experience in asset management and has held senior roles, including COO and CFO of Aurelius Capital, CFO of Silver Point Capital, and Vice President of J.P. Private Investments. He began his career as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young. Mr. Petrilli holds a BSBA from Georgetown University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
